ABMJMX Services LLC — Notice on Statements About the Future

Projections and Expectations

Parts of this presentation look ahead. Under the securities rules that apply, such material may fall under legal categories covering forward-looking content, prospective financial data, or a financial forecast; we refer to all of it here as "projections." Apart from historical facts, anything this presentation contains may count as a projection. Examples include, without being restricted to, (i) expected financial results; (ii) whether a share offering is finished and how its proceeds will be spent; (iii) how the firm's business, programs, and alliances are expected to grow; (iv) carrying out the firm's strategy, possibly including purchases of other businesses and expansion abroad; (v) whether outside funding will be on hand for the firm's projects, and on what terms; (vi) finishing projects that are underway or being considered; (vii) renewing or keeping important contracts with clients, vendors, and other major partners; plus (viii) upcoming needs for cash, working capital, and funding. We include projections to help prospective investors see how management views the future, so they can weigh that view alongside other considerations as they evaluate an investment.

Projections offer no guarantee about results to come, and readers should not lean heavily on them. By their nature they involve risks, some foreseen and some not, along with uncertainties, any of which could lead real outcomes, achievements, or performance to diverge sharply from what the projections state or suggest.

While management believes the expectations and assumptions behind these projections are sensible, nobody can be sure they will turn out right. Real outcomes and later developments could differ substantially from what is projected. Except where the law requires, ABMJMX Services LLC has no duty to amend any projection to account for new facts, events, or changes in circumstance. Readers are warned against relying heavily on these projections.
